ABOUT
The Organ and Tissue Authority looks forward to welcoming clinicians to the 2025 Donation and Transplantation Conference from 14–16 May in Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The conference theme is ‘Navigating new frontiers’.
Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 May 2025
Day 1 and 2 of the conference will have a clinical focus, for a clinical audience. More information will come soon on the international and interstate speakers and topics.
Tickets are only available for clinicians working in the donation and transplantation sector. Please register to attend in person at the Melbourne Convention Centre.
Abstract submission for poster and oral presentations will open soon.
Friday 16 May 2025
Day 3 is the inaugural DonateLife Community Forum. We invite volunteers, supporters, stakeholders, clinicians and members of the community from across Australia to join us at the forum. We’ll be sharing information about Australia’s donation and transplantation program, with a focus on how we can work together to positively increase donation rates so more people can receive a life-saving transplant into the future.
Tickets are available for members of the public, as well as clinicians attending day 1 and 2 of the conference. Please register to attend in person at the Melbourne Convention Centre. Limited seats are available. You can also register for a virtual ticket.
The 2025 Donation and Transplantation Conference program will be released in March 2025.

The conference will be held at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf VIC 3006.
The full conference registration will include catering, access to all conference sessions, access to the DonateLife Community Forum and access to the networking function.
Flights and accommodation are NOT included in your conference registration.
All cancellations must be received in writing to events@keito.com.au. Refunds will be processed, if received prior to Wednesday 16 April 2025. Cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
Once registered, you should receive your confirmation to the provided email address. The confirmation will be sent within 15-minutes of confirming your registration online.
