Registration is now OPEN!

Included with your registration:

  • Full access to the two day conference
  • Complimentary barista coffee and tea throughout the event
  • Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea each day
  • Welcome drinks on Monday and conference dinner on Tuesday
  • Please confirm your attendance for social events when registering.

Not included in your registration:

  • Accommodation and flights. We’ve arranged a group rate to reduce costs for attendees. Please see the accommodation section for booking details.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

The social functions are included with your complimentary conference ticket. Kindly confirm your attendance by selecting the appropriate option to assist us with finalising catering arrangements.

WELCOME DRINKS (MONDAY)

We will be hosting networking drinks on the evening of Monday, prior to the Conference. This will provide an opportunity for you to check into your room, meet fellow attendees, and collect your name tag in preparation for Conference Day 1 on Tuesday.

Onsite Parking Available AutoPark on Frome undercover and immediately adjacent to the hotel with 2M height restriction. Same Fee for MotorBikes. Guests to collect pass with concierge once parked if require multiple access.

By registering, you are confirming your attendance to the Juvare Users Conference 2025. Should you need to cancel you registration for any reason, please contact Keito Events via 08 7089 6465 or events@keito.com.au. The organiser may choose to postpone the event if required to do so in the best interest of attendees and speakers. The organiser endeavors to ensure that the published event program is correct at the time of publishing and at the conference. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the conference, and the organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. You are also acknowledging your understanding that your accommodation for the duration of the conference is at your responsibility and cost. All paid tickets are final, and no refunds will be honored. If you are not able to attend, you may nominate a replacement delegate. This must be confirmed in writing via event organisers, events@keito.com.au We would appreciate appropriate behaviour at the conference and any/all social functions. It is at the liability of the delegate to ensure that there is a level of care of all surroundings and personal care.
