Event Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Movies on the Move, Mothers Day at the Mill Event organised by Keito Events. By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Ticketing and Attendance: 1.1. Only purchased ticket individuals may attend the Event. 1.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the Event for any reason. 2. Cancellations and Refunds: 2.1. Cancellation by Attendee: - Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organiser. - Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the following conditions: - Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the event, 50% refund if cancelled between 15-30 days, no refund if cancelled less than 15 days. 2.2. Cancellation by Organiser: - The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event for any reason. - In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, attendees will be notified, and refunds will be issued according to the refund policy outlined in clause 2.1. 3. Photography and Videography: 3.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded by the Organiser. 3.2. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs or recordings taken during the Event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and publications. 3.3. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the Organiser in writing prior to the Event. 4. Liability: 4.1. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by attendees during the Event. 4.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety during the Event. 5. Miscellaneous: 5.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. 5.2. The Organiser may amend these Terms at any time by providing notice to attendees. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
