ABOUT SA FREIGHT COUNCIL

Our Objectives

Objectives: SAFC is the State's peak, multi-modal freight and logistics industry group that advises all levels of government on industry related issues.

SAFC represents road, rail, sea and air freight modes and operations, freight services users and assists the industry on issues relating to freight logistics across all modes.

Registrations close at 5:00 PM (AEST) on Friday 10th October 2025.

What your registration includes:
  • Access to the opening welcome reception (Wednesday 15th October 2025) Please note: you will need to select this as part of your registration, if you wish to attend. 
  • Full access to the 1 day conference (Thursday 16th October 2025)
  • Complimentary Barista coffee and tea
  • Complimentary morning and afternoon tea
  • Complimentary lunch

Your registration doesn't include:

  • Accommodation and flights are not included in your event registration.
  • Travel to and from the venue.
  • We have suggested local hotels below which have a discounted rate for conference delegates. See 'Travel information’ below.

Eos by SkyCity is located at 1 Festival Drive, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000


By Foot
From North Terrace, follow Station Road down to the main SkyCity entrance and take the lifts down to the Eos hotel concourse.
Enter the Railway Station from the Riverbank Pedestrian Bridge (access card required)

The conference will be held in Sky West Ballroom. 


Parking

The Festival Car Park is located on Festival Drive, right next to SkyCity Adelaide and the Adelaide Festival Centre.


Parking:  SkyCity Parking is available at the Festival Carpark. This can be located via Festival Drive off of Montefiore Rd or King William Rd.

Follow the road until you reach the boom gates for entry. SkyCity parking is on levels B3, B4 or B5. Take the car park lifts to Level ‘C’, walk across the foyer to the adjacent lifts and press ‘2’ which will take you to our Level 2 function spaces.

Event Terms & Conditions

By registering, you are confirming your attendance to SA Freight Council Conference 2025. Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please contact Keito Events via 08 7089 6465 or events@keito.com.au.

By accepting the terms and conditions upon registration you agree to the following statement ' I give permission for SA Freight Council to use my photograph and other media such as film and quotations, on promotional material and publications, for which it may be suitable'.

The organiser may choose to postpone the event if required to do so in the best interest of attendees and speakers. The organiser endeavors to ensure that the published event program is correct at the time of publishing and at the Conference. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the conference, and the organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. You are also acknowledging your understanding that your accommodation and flights for the duration of the conference is at your responsibility and cost. If you are not able to attend, you may nominate a replacement delegate. This must be confirmed in writing via event organisers, events@keito.com.au We would appreciate appropriate behaviour at the conference and any/all social functions. It is at the liability of the delegate to ensure that there is a level of care of all surroundings and personal care.
